No wonder why they struggle to get orders completed on time. One of the employees is sitting at the front counter on a chair and watching videos on their phone. Makes me feel bad for the employees that ARE actually working. Maybe thats why they rotate employees out like a revolving door.
I wish I could give ZERO stars! Placed an order for delivery last Thursday at around 8pm. The site said that the order would be delivered within 30-40 mins. After 55mins, the tracker still showed the my order was being prepared so I called the location. The location advised that my order had been picked up by Doordash and that maybe it was delayed because the driver had multiple stops. The manager-Angel-always goes above and beyond to ensure orders are prepared promptly and correctly! Great service!
Placed an order at 10:30 and store canceled the order. Website was still accepting orders. An update in management is needed.
