Placed an order at 10:30 and store canceled the order. Website was still accepting orders. An update in management is needed.
They canceled our order and then lied about it. We resubmitted the order and then they canceled it again. It’s no wonder Pizza Shut is closing locations. Pun intended.
Tim took care of me and my family Saturday night, our order was never delivered, we came a talked to Tim and he made sure we were happy. Thanks Tim, we really appreciate you!
