$40 pending charge for over TWO WEEKS for pizza that I never received, receive the run around every time i call in grant i can even get someone on the line
Delivery failure, took over an hour, and to the wrong house.
We ordered pizza from this location to be delivered, and the food was great. My issue is with the service and being charged extra. I noticed on my bank account a pending charge for $53.26. I ordered the Ultimate package, which was 29.99, and I added a tip of $7, bringing my total to $44.40 with taxes and a delivery charge. I received a text 15 minutes later from doordash stating they partnered with Pizza Hut and will deliver my order...I thought, wow, ok. Ordered via their website. Forty minutes past the delivery time, I call them, they tell me that they had to make sure I called the right one. Okay, then why does the email give me your number. Apparently, all their deliveries are done by doordash now... nor had the food been made yet. So... the ONLY way to get the food was to call doordash and then have doordash talk to Pizza hut? HUH? So, I had them cancel it. Foodless and frustrated in Smyrna
This place was great, then the food slowly started to fade from it's glory. There's a 50/50 it'll be fully cooked. AND there's also an employee there that charges more than what you leave signed for a tip. Be very very careful with this place, I'm would not recommend. They take your money
