Customer service is horrible!!!!
This place has really gone down hill. For the last few months there has been an issue with every order, about 6 in total. Very simple orders but they always mess it up. Wrong toppings, wrong crust style. On multiple pizzas, messing up multiple pizzas in one order. When I made the comment to the manager she replied, " we try not to be human but it happens." We ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. I received a big bread bubble with some pepperoni on top. There was no cheese or sauce. It was the driest pizza I have ever eaten. They still charged me for extra cheese though.
Ordered at 1915 hrs. Store says delivered at 2034 hrs. It is 2115 hrs, 2 hours, and I still don't have my pizza. I was hung up on twice without a word. Then the female store rep I finally spoke with got mad when I said just send my food, whatever you have to do. She said I was rude and hung up in my ear. She seemed quite agitated.
