I placed an order thru the app and it took my rewards point and a pending charge on my credit card but the app went haywire so I called the store and sure enough the order didn’t go thru but my rewards points are gone . The manager said I needed to call the # on the app which is fine. But we still wanted a pizza so since we were on our way home we stopped in to place an order. Devon (one of the managers) was amazingly helpful. Will be going to this Pizza Hut just because of her great attitude.

Got home and they forgot our cinnamon sticks, icing, marinara, and ranch. I called and I was directed to an ordering center in INDIA???? Perhaps use the "order checked by ____" section at the bottom of the receipt. I would like to be contacted for a gift card for the incinvenience

Edited review 5/26/25 - made the mistake of using them again. Pizza never showed up, called the office and was told they were using Door Dash to deliver. $45 fpr garbage pizza they cant even deliver. A $16.99 pizza comes out to be twice as much. Ridiculous and their price advertising should be illegal.
