Why is it so hard to get a square cut pizza from this store? It's a preference that is allowed in the app and when calling. Today I mentioned it 3 times when placing my order. I have little kids and it's the best cut for us. It was not cut right and I asked for a refund. The mananger acted as if I was lying when I said I asked for it to be cut that way - and when I showed her the receipt there was no apologies, just the excuse of it was just overlooked. Pizza Hut Hand Tossed crust is SO thin... HOW THIN IS IT? It's SO thin that you can see through it. UTTERLY RIDICULOUS. The crust tastes like white bread and the pizza sauce is too sweet. I am mystified how Pizza Hut can survive selling crap like this at more than twice the price of Little Caesars and Papa John's.
Food was hot and came out very quickly.
Outstanding Pizza Hut! I think too many people only leave a review if they’ve been wronged but for every wrong order there are hundreds of satisfying pizzas out there. Just ordered up some pies today for a pool party and they came out amazing! 10/10
