I bought 3 pizzas today at 11am. The guy charged me $27.99 for 3 pizzas. After tax it was over $30 and I just received 3 medium pizzas. After getting my pizzas I asked the employee if I just got overcharged for 3 pizzas that should be $7 or $8 each? The employee laughed & told me "yeah you did". I will never buy from pizza hut again
The food usually never the problem. The service is slow all the time. The time that your order is supposed to be ready is never right. There was a lady that came in before us and she has been waiting an hour for her order that they said was supposed to be ready in an half hour. When my daughter asked the first time she went in what is the expected time they said 15 mins. Not ready of course, and when asked again after the 15 mins has passed, the person said “maybe 15 mins”. 1st I ordered 3 weeks ago they gave me the wrong order but I was like it’s fine I’ll still eat it. This 2nd time I waited for my pizza for 2 hrs and then there tracking app stated it was delivered. So I called them they sounded hella ghetto on the phone no lie. Then I told them if I can pick up the food and there like no will take it to you. If I were able to shut this business down, I honestly don’t even see why it’s open lazy people don’t wanna pick up the phone then charge me and expect me to go pick up the pizza when I paid for delivery. It’s just insane. It’s ridiculous.
