What happened to my ranch dressing and wings taste funny and what is up with this pepperoni ? This was not what I ordered.
Delivery service is a joke, you charge for a delivery fee. Food arrived lukewarm. The restaurant is 1 mile from my house and it took an hr to get delivered. It's a 4 min drive from the restaurant to my house. NEVER AGAIN. I rather order Domino's. NEVER received my marinara sauce and I paid extra for it. The Meat Lovers melt was soggy and oily at the bottom. Tipped the driver on my credit card, but why does it say no tip included? Very disappointed, do not recommend. Pizzahut is joke.
I bought 3 pizzas today at 11am. The guy charged me $27.99 for 3 pizzas. After tax it was over $30 and I just received 3 medium pizzas. After getting my pizzas I asked the employee if I just got overcharged for 3 pizzas that should be $7 or $8 each? The employee laughed & told me "yeah you did". I will never buy from pizza hut again
The food usually never the problem. The service is slow all the time. The time that your order is supposed to be ready is never right. There was a lady that came in before us and she has been waiting an hour for her order that they said was supposed to be ready in an half hour. When my daughter asked the first time she went in what is the expected time they said 15 mins. Not ready of course, and when asked again after the 15 mins has passed, the person said “maybe 15 mins”.
