I ordered a pizza, six wings, and a soda at 7:24 PM. The first red flag should've been when the projected delivery time to be 8:39 PM. It's been almost two hours, and it only recently upgraded from order received to preparing. They are not answering the phone either. I live not even a 10 minute drive from the establishment, but did not have access to the family vehicle tonight. I wouldn't be surprised if it shows up cold or wrong (if at all).
I placed an order an hour before I arrived, and it wasn’t even being prepared by the time I got there. I was willing to wait it out, but then I saw a ROACH crawling in the front. Me and other random patrons decided to leave at that point. They keep the phones turned down, so they don’t have to answer.
Order for delivery, 1 hour after my order was to arrive, still nothing sat of the phone for 45 min trying to reach someone to no avail! Guest what i never received my order! Now im still on hold the next day! Mlk and Alexander pizza hut is the worst ever! Do not order from here!
Horrible experience they don’t answer the phone the delivery times are way wrong and no one tells you how long it will be
