Place ordered online call to make a change as soon as I submit the order call them and was put on hold for the whole 30 min time my order was being made and out for delivery..when I did finally talk to some one all she could say is am sorry they're not pick up im sorry...my food was wrong the cinnamon bun didn't have any icing on them the pizza was wrong and not hot..very bad customer service
This is horrible service i ordered this pizza at 7:20 and it was supposed to be delivered 8:02 pm and it still isn’t here and it’s 8:35. im now on hold trying to call because instead of stores getting calls directly they have it rerouted to call centers. this is absolutely ridiculous im waiting to get my order cancelled so i can order at dominos who will have my order delivered within 30 minutes.
I ordered a pizza, six wings, and a soda at 7:24 PM. The first red flag should've been when the projected delivery time to be 8:39 PM. It's been almost two hours, and it only recently upgraded from order received to preparing. They are not answering the phone either. I live not even a 10 minute drive from the establishment, but did not have access to the family vehicle tonight. I wouldn't be surprised if it shows up cold or wrong (if at all).
