I feel like the quality of pizza hut has really gone down. It doesn't taste like pizza hut anymore. Pizza hut used to be really good in the past, but I think they have lowered their prices and now use extremely low quality ingredients. It tastes so cheap. They are using extremely cheap cheese that's just not as yummy. I guess what do I expect for such low prices and deals in the app.
We had two pizzas delivered last night and they were prompt, hot and got the order exactly right. It was great!
Really horrible experience. I had a very poor experience picking up an order late Friday night. The staff was not helpful at all. I waited approximately 15 minutes at the counter before anyone acknowledged me, even though an employee clearly saw me standing there. When someone finally came from the back, she was visibly upset that she had to assist me and refused to provide her name when asked.
