I had the WORST experience with this pizza hut this week. I ordered a pizza at 4pm. Unfortunately, they use door dash and there is a glitch in the system that sends door dash to the wrong address. I was ghosted by 2 drivers after getting texts bc they sent the order out twice. The customer service options are AWFUL, you get routed to headquarters who then have to call the store who DOESN’T ANSWER. 3/24/2026 620pmish I ordered the ultimate Hut bundle that was supposed to come with two medium pizzas, cheese bread or cinnamon bread with my choice of drink + 8 PC of wings for 27.99 and this is what I got the girl on the phone only gave me the option for one pizza. so I was like ok that's fine whatever. So I added . four toppings to it and then I was supposed to have a choice of cinnamon sticks or cheese breads. I got oddly a double order of both. I think it was a whole misunderstanding.
