This was the most unprofessional, hostile, and toxic customer service experience my family has ever experienced. My spouse placed an order early in the day, yet by the time it was supposed to arrive, it was over an hour late and hadn't even left the store. I came in today at 4:45pm and had the unpleasant experience dealing with the manager. I had made an online order and had accidentally set it for carry out asap instead of scheduled. When I realized I immediately called the number on website and it took me to a call center.
