The new people here make a noticeable difference!
I ordered two pizza tonight, one chicken and one pepperoni, store makes tow pepperoni and I realized that at home. I called the store explaining they made a mistake giving me two pepperoni. They tell me to bring it for refund, when I am in store the black manager flex’s on me saying we made the mistake but you deal with, the reason I said his skin color because I didn’t know his name, he said I am not giving you nothing. The website or the store, when I contacted them for additional delivery details did NOT indicate they they use a third party service for delivery. When that party did not answer the phone, I tried to contact a manager at Pizza Hut and the male would not give me a manager to speak with and then hung up the phone on me! This is HORRIBLE customer service and not professional at all!!
Great food people are really friendly and fast service. I love this place.
