Pizza Hut needs to go back to delivering their own pizzas. Watched door dash driver pull up to the store just to cancel the delivery. Then can’t pick up my OWN PIZZA I PAID FOR because of policy? Unacceptable. It’s not about refunds it’s about service.
I had to have my order replaced because i had such a poor experience prior to this one. And i never even received the remake. So i went to the actual store and asked for my order and John, the GM was incredibly rude. He said "you mean the order i sent out 3 times? Nothing i can do for you. Have a nice day" all said with a nasty tone and zero eye contact. And then just dismissed me and walked away as if our conversation was over. I WILL NEVER EAT ANYTHING FROM THIS PIZZA HUT AGAIN!! Rude staff. Ruined order. Go anywhere but here
The pizzas were very good. Quick service. I had my pizza well done and it was followed through.
Ordered online and we got the wrong pizza and soda, and no wings. Called to get it fixed and they said we could show up in 15 minutes and they'd have it ready. My husband shows up and your location is closed and apparently we were talking to a call center the whole time. I'm supposed to get a refund in 3 days, but no form of confirmation can be provided?
