Very disappointed with my experience at the Pizza Hut on Gull Road. My pizza was supposed to be ready at 5:47 PM, but I ended up sitting in the drive-thru line until 6:15 PM before I finally received it. Waiting nearly 30 minutes past the promised pickup time, especially after ordering ahead, is completely unacceptable. If the kitchen is running behind, customers should at least be notified instead of being left waiting in line with no communication. Ordered are food at 10 45 waited intell 11 45 for them to cancel it for nothing to get done about it and for me to wait to get my money back call up there and the manager is rude
Good pizza with great deals and prices
The first time we got pizza they charged us more then the special was so I called and got a free pizza went back to get the pizza , the worker was sitting at a table eating and said are you here for(name ) I said yes got up licking her fingers , took the letter then gave the pizza well we got home and the pizza was still doughy🤬 I had to put it in our oven to finish the cooking needless to say won’t get pizza there any longer
