I will not be back. I ordered carry out and the person who wrong me up added a $4 tip on. I just learned this when I checked my account balance. I am going to report this not only to the manager but also to the corporate office. Beyond ridiculous.

I must say I'm completely and totally over pizza hut on Ramsey st. I ordered my pizza online like usual for pick and was advised it would take 14 min. Place the order at 2:33 pm my pizza was not ready when we got there we were told another 15 mind needless to say after my 4yr old, 3mth old, my fiance and I waited 1hr 20min the pizza was not even made correctly this was on 12/13/14 and when this was brought to there attention they proceed to argue with me about how I placed the order wrong online and as I reviewed my online r... read more
absolutely the worst experience waited two and a half hours and got cold pizza. never calling again.
