Honestly really disappointed. My husband ordered a plain pizza and somehow we were given pepperoni. He drove far out of his way, got all the way home, opened the box, and that’s when we realized the mistake. At that point the night was already ruined. When we called, the only thing they offered was a refund. No offer to remake the pizza, no free replacement, no attempt to make it right after wasting our time and gas. I came straight from work, exhausted and just trying to eat. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to pick up this order, got home, and opened the box to find pepperoni on my pizza even though I never ordered pepperoni and it wasn’t on the receipt. I’m Muslim and can’t eat pork, so the food was completely useless to me. My last name, Mohamad, is clearly printed on the receipt, which should have made it obvious that extra care was needed.
