Had an issue with a large order recently. Was told to call back an speak with the manager. I have called multiple times and told the manager isn't there and I never get a call back. Also, no one can tell me when the manager will be there. Pizza Hut has always been one of our favorites for parties and events. Not anymore. Unprofessional.
Pizza hut sucks now. Y'all need to close this location down. How does it take 45 minutes to make 1 pizza and 1 breadstick and a order of wings when you are not even busy. Had to ask 3 different workers how much longer it was going to be and no one could give me an answer not even the store manager. Pizza hut has fell off big time. Waited in my car for 10 minutes before I went inside and still had to wait 30 minutes to get the order. What are y'all even doing. Plenty of people working.
