The pizza is pretty good, but they consistently forget to include dipping sauces so you need to check the pizza boxes yourself. Never assume they got your order right, always check it.

Usually we liked the pizza from this Pizzahut and we always ordered pizza well done and they were perfect. Today we ordered two large pizzas with same specification. When we opened the box, both the pizzas and their toppings were burnt. One of the items we ordered was also missing. We called the location. First time, someone picked and as soon as we explained the issue, she put the phone down. Then we called and no one was picking up the phone. We are really disappointed. We will not go back to this place again.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered from this location (4th Street, Renton) and after being told someone would be out in 2 minutes, I was left waiting for over 10 minutes while the employee ignored me to keep working on pizzas. When the other staff member finally came out, instead of apologizing, she yelled at me and literally threw the order at me.
