The waitress was really nice. She cared enough to let me know the large pizza was cheaper than the medium pizza right now. She seemed kinder than most waitresses that I get.
Service was very slow. Buffet was basic and slow to refill. Many tables not cleaned off.
The manager and staff was so helpful and accommodating. The pizza was delicious!
I’m not rating the food because I didn’t eat enough to say. Spent 20 minutes waiting on drinks, got 2 of the 3 we ordered. Left after 30 minutes. Paid $36 for the lunch buffet for 3; had 4 pieces of pizza, 4 breadsticks between the 3 of us. If was busy I could understand but there it was only about a third full. Apathy is about the only word to describe the service. The upgrade is completely wasted on this location.
