I literally had the worst experience ever with Pizza Hut, especially while on vacation with my family. I placed a $70 order through the app. After waiting over an hour, the delivery driver called and said he was only three minutes away. A few minutes later, he called back and said, “Sorry, you ordered from the wrong location.” The problem is, I never chose a location.
