Staff had no urgency to great customer or acknowledged anyone to see if we needed to place an order or here to pick up an order. Seems like no leadership is around and the place is being ran by a group of young people, with no customer service skills. I placed an order 20 minutes before arriving to the store and it wasn't ready. The cook had not even started making the order yet. So I waited an extra 15 minutes for my order. I will not be returning to this store if I can help it.

I placed the order on 10/3 @ 7:52pm my pizza arrived at 8:40 Ish Both of my pizzas were cold. My eight piece boneless that I ordered in honey. Barbecue arrived to my house as a lemon pepper. I called the store 5 times and no one answered the phone. I was constantly redirected to the call center with no success. I placed a complaint through the Pizza Hut app and they offered me a large pizza when I paid 40 something dollars for my order . Ofc I declined. Store says open but no one’s there. Customer service was trash. I got hung up on TWICE. This is the second time I’m having problems with Pizza Hut. Won’t order EVER again.
