I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. The service was painfully slow and understaffed. It took 20 minutes just for someone to take my order, and then over an hour for the food to be prepared. The place wasn’t even busy—it seemed like a case of poor management and lack of effort. I overheard a staff member mentioning they hadn’t even started my food 25 minutes after the order was placed. This level of service is unacceptable. I’m honestly not surprised they’re leaving base in January.Â

Every person at this Pizza Hut deserves a raise!! It was my boyfriend's birthday and he is training on base for his birthday. I wasn't able to be there so I called Pizza Hut and they delivered a brownie and a cookie and made my boyfriend's birthday a memorable one. This location went above and beyond and I can't thank the staff enough. Amazing customer service still exists and it is at this Pizza hut!!Â
