I placed a delivery order over the app and called to check the status after a while. They reassured me that they were working on my order after an extreme situation causing setbacks was resolved. Despite the stress they were under, I was spoken to respectfully and with genuine sympathy for how my order wasn't ready by the time the estimate gave.
