Lack of hygiene. I suppose it's the in-house manager who comes and goes from the restaurant to his car. I think he's possibly the owner of the pizzeria. He doesn't seem to care about his appearance anymore, with a beard like the Vikings. This company has collapsed since they fired almost all the other employees.
