I go to this location quite often, and their services are great. My pizza was freshly made, and I got it on time unlike other locations. The people that work here are very friendly and kind.

This was 2 of my 4 pizzas. The lid was on upside down, causing the toppings to stick, and they were both stacked on the bottom. I feel it was either intentional or laziness.

Pick-up order, large supreme, $25.00. The pizza was not done, crust doughy and vegetables were undercooked. I could see it being cut and asked your associate if it was done, he said yes. Busy night for me and I don’t have time to return it. Very disappointed

Pizza Hut 1931 Southern Loop Shreveport LA #3250118184226001313037181 $32.52 @642PM I Sat in the parking lot 55 additional minutes and watch a young man try to give my pizzas to 3 different vehicles 2 of which were In the drive thru! ( I know Makes no sense to me either) i finally go inside and then back outside to to get my pizzas off my hood and leave, After 2 trips thru drive thru only to be told it's gonna be another 5-7 minutes TWICE!!
