On December 30, at 4:42 pm my son placed an order through his online app for the Ultimate Hut Bundle to be picked up at the Elizabethton Pizza Hut location. Per the app the order was due to be ready at 4:56 pm. I arrived at the pickup window around 4:52 and paid using my credit card. The young woman in the window told me it would be ready shortly and left the window. No cars were behind me in line. Look like delivery driver thro it in the trunk on the drive. Ordered at 1:13 and delivered to me at 1:34 clearly pizza was not even cooked. Bout normal for todays work force. Absolutely a joke.

Places definitely gone way downhill over the years way overpriced compared to other pizza parlors around the area or atmosphere is kind of dull. Not exactly some place I'd want to have a gathering unless it was a funeral. Staff is just overstressed and underpaid apparently. Not someplace I'd visit again anytime soon. So disappointed
