Gotta give this one a solid 5 stars. I asked for a little darker than normal on a thin crust (hard to get perfect, but this one absolutely was perfect). Served exactly when promised and with a smile. Visited on 8/18/26 at 12:10 (just so management knows who to thank for bringing me back to the Pizza Hut thin crust excellence that I have loved for over 50 years). It was worth going off my low-carb diet on this meal!

I had called-in order. Food was expensive for the quality. Pizzas were soggy. Food was edible. Person at window was nice and friendly. I bought two pizzas.
Probably the worst experience I have had at this food chain. I ordered ahead and stopped here with my 5 kids yesterday at 8:15, we were going to sit and eat and was immediately reminded they were closing lobby early due to short staffing? Which was fine 45 min was plenty of time, and that he would give me paper plates. Which I was also fine with. I went to buy a 2 liter and upon paying for this my kid had got some ranch from the salad bar, he brung it to my attention by asking if I was getting the salad bar and I immediately... read more
