Loved the service fast and ready on time but do not like how Pizza Hut Customer Service still hasn't gotten back to me about my 400 bonus points for making 2 orders with Pepsi drinks included
This place either needs better training or new management! Waiting on an order that was ready in the warmer but no one thought to check and see until the customers had to ask about their orders is by far ridiculous. Multiple customers had to come back including myself because the order was incorrect. Every employee has ear pods or some type of ear piece in and on phones. The.
