Ever gone through the drive through window to place a pickup order and had blank receipt paper and a pin shoved at you to write it down? Well that just happened for the first time to me tonite.. this is absolutely shameful and I’m sad to say I actually wrote it down and gave it to the person running the register whom was giving me glares through the window as I dumbfoundedly wrote it down.. think I’ll go to dominoes from now on.. might be more expensive but at least the people are nice there..

Just waited an hour and half for a delivery that never came. Called the store only to be immediately put on hold for for 14 minutes. Hung up and drove to the store to find every single employee sitting down hanging out, the delivery driver was eating. They gave us our pizza, which was cold and undercooked, and said “call the 800 number to get the delivery money back.” The local Pizza Hut has been poor quality for as long as I have lived here, and just continues to get worse.
Just. Say. No. This place used to be good, but clearly something is going on at the management level. I have had a series of ridiculously bad experiences there in the last few months. Three strikes and they are OUT. We left after sitting more than an hour and a half and still not getting our order. There were 9 people waiting for their takeout orders. I live one block away. Took them 33 mins from the time it sent a text before the deliver person got here. On top of that, he wasn’t even that nice. He wasn’t rude, but he could have been more polite. Then of course the noodles are cold and rubbery bc the it took forever to get here. Horrible. I tried to call and speak with a manager. Was told the phone number goes to a call center she would have to try to get me in touch with the store. Was put on hold for twenty minutes and no one ever picked the line back up. Received moldy marinara sauce when i purchased my breadsticks. When taken to the store and showed the manager, she told me” that’s not mold, that’s from the sauce sitting out next to the oven all day we made it yesterday” so i asked, why doesn’t my pizza have so called “ fuzz” on it if that’s what happens when you let marinara get hot, she tells me “ not all marinara does it. Highly recommend making the mile longer trip to Rock road and using the Pizza Hut there.
