Last night I called Pizza Hut to place an order. First of all, I must say that the gentleman who took my order was very courteous and professional. He even got me to add extra cheese to my original order. I was was told that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the place almost 20 minutes later. As of today, this Pizza Hut location will not receive another penny of my money. This used to be a great location but apparently, a change in management and/or ownership has made this place the epitome of unprofessional service. This place sucks. If I could give less than 1 star i would. I order my pizza online and over 4 hours later I get I call from the driver he is outside with the pizza. Told him didn't want it. I also called the store to complain they pick up the phone and no ever came on the line 20 min so I disconnected the call. Never again will I give my money to pizza hut.
