Customer service: two employees conversing & ignoring a waiting customer. Then turn to customer, stare blankly and say “yes?” Food wasn’t bad, annoyed that our free replacement pizza to make up for prior mistakes was also messed up, but the customer service was amusing, to put it nicely.
