Management allowed one of their workers by the name of Kevin harass and flirt with another underage worker yeah we’re done here!!!
My daughter ordered a pizza box from this location today and they left did not ring the doorbell and just leaves the pizza box outside on the wet ground which it had been raining prior to them delivering the pizza... the mananger had a very bad attitude when i called and complained! I tell him we dont want the pizza anymore he then tells me to keep the pizza he will cancel my order and hangs up in my face do not get anything from this location
Thanks for screwing up my order. 2.5 hours later I still don't have the correct food. All I keep getting is some call center to "fix" the problem. How about you guys answer your phone!!! I am NEVER ordering from you again and I would advise anyone else to just order from somewhere else and save yourself the headache!
Working here was just garbage! Nobody will say anything to you and if you did they look at you weird and be so rude not to mention one of the mangers asked me to break one of the policies!
Very rude person took my order. Seemed very annoyed I asked what specials they have. And at the end of the call my baby girl started crying and she was totally rude about it. Said “ugh that was my ear.”
I didn’t want to make my frozen pizza. Ordered Pizza Hut. Should’ve made my frozen pizza. Oh and a hair in my garlic knots? Yum. But yes I love your idea of store credit. You really think I want to eat here again?
Waited over and hour for our order. Called the store and was routed to the customer service center and was told the driver couldn’t find our address so they voided the order. They claim to have called our house phone but no call at all. Got text alerts that our order was out for delivery but never they didn’t even try to call the cell phone number. We order all the time. Little boy answering the phone thinks he’s a tough one hanging up on ya then too scared to answer your phone number when ya call back. Obviously a manager is needed there at all hours or they’ll just keep hanging up on their customers. Lost me when someone treats ya like that on the phone who knows what they’ll do to your food when no ones around.
