I was put on hold for 26 minutes straight
Placed an online order at 12:32 pm. I called them at 1:40pm to ask about my order and was told it was out for delivery. I did not receive my order till 3:00pm! After complaining to the driver about waiting for 2hrs and 30 mins he says “Well if the other driver would’ve came to work then your pizza wouldn’t have been so late.” The food was cold and nasty! My cheese bread was stuck to the box smh.
This Pizza Hut Been Slow The Last 2Times I Came. They Have People But They Just Be Walking Around Talking On Cellphones Or Just Doing Nothing. Really Need To Do Better
Been craving a calzone till I received two that were pretty empty bread and 2.5 pepperoni in each half. Not what’s pictured online at all!! Also had to ask for half of my order that was missing. Smh.
my partner ordered at 5:32pm, then he received notification that our pizza will deliver at 6:20pm, but almost an hour now we are still waiting for the pizza!!! and i’m so very hungry now!!! this is not the first time it happened!!😡😡😡
Deliver faster than 1 1/2 hour for 5 blocks away. remodel the building........it is dirty and decaying and falling apart. If the outside looks like that, how do you think they maintain the inside.
They services are horrible. Your wait time is ridiculously stupid. They say one order time and you will get your order 2 1/2 hrs later. The order will be warm when you get it.The night manager is rude asf. The drivers will bring your order when they feel like it. Dont do no delivery order from them. The driver Austin is very rude and has no care in the world if u get or order or not.
