I ordered a pizza for delivery tonight and was told that although I am in the delivery area during daytime, at nighttime I am not deliverable because my neighborhood is dangerous. I am also about 5 minutes from Pizza Hut so it wasn't a big deal it was just the way it was told to me. So I got a pizza and a brownie, I was told 20 minutes until I could come pick it up. Pizza Hut has been one of my favorite pizza places for years. In recent years the quality has gone down though. We got pizza from the Pizza Hut here in Jacksonville a couple nights ago and all I have to say is WOW! The BEST pizza I've had in years. They got my order absolutely PERFECT! Very much impressed. Thank you!
I was very disappointed. I called in using a coupon. A large pizza, any way, any topping for $10. So I ordered a large pepperoni with extra cheese. It was going to cost $14. They said they had to charge extra for cheese and pepperoni???? I told them to keep it. I know it's only $4 difference but it's the point and also they didn't mind losing a customer. Never again pizza hut in Jacksonville. I went right across the street to Domino's :) with 4 kids in the house we buy plenty of pizza. Lol
Well it used to be good pizza. Now its just crap and taste worse than store bought. Ordered pasta today and it was cold when i got it ...
Second time in a row, pizza an hour after arrival time and cold pizza. Not happy. One other time they called me an hour after arrival time to tell me they can't deliver. Pizza was cold then too. Strike three.
Too skimpy on toppings on Pizza ordered. New location wanted their time.
This was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had! The pizza was extra greasy for one! Also, the pizza had so much sauce that the toppings were literally falling off when you pick up a slice and to top it off they put SO much of the garlic and herb seasoning I asked my husband what was the green saucr on the pizza!!!!! We will never go back to this location, all three of our pizzas were horrible � a waste of money. We should have just stuck with Dominoes! Ugghh. Feeling angry
We finally received our pizza that we ordered 1 hour and 45 minutes ago. The pizza is cold, the crust didn't have the spices basted on, and there was no marinara sauce with the breadsticks. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I'm so damn hungry I'm just glad to have food. I love Pizza Hut but this location is awful with service and speed
