I'm not sure there is anything this Pizza Hut could do to improve other than take out the 'dining in' and make it all delivery and pick up...their dining room customer service is the worse I have ever had, I will not be returning!

The food and prices were good. The service was fast and friendly. We didn't have to wait long for anything and refills were there before our drinks were empty. Much better than they were.
I order delivery every week. I call at ten,they let me order and say they start delivery at 1030. no problem. Today,i call and they say the store doesnt even open till 1100? Which is correct?
It took way too long for our son to cook the pizza. Otherwise, the waitress was great
So we have been to pizza hut before and we have had good and bad experience both with the service and the food.. But nothing as bad as today with the food. I had bought their honey bbq chicken bone out. They were way under cooked took a bite of one and it was cold. Spit it out and the inside was a pink jelly. I won't be able to eat chicken for a year of ever. Picture in comments.
Expect to eat pasta with your fingers - this location refuses to deliver forks, napkins or plates with a pasta delivery to a hotel. Repeatedly.
