I love Pizza Hut but when I ordered my pizza and you messed up the toppings I was upset I tried calling the restaurant and no one answered. I had to call the ordering line and they transferred me three times and still no one answered that’s what pissed me off the most! I had to use an online chat to get a stupid coupon gor the inconvenience!! Answer your phone and it wouldn’t have been this big of an issue!! So disappointed and pissed off
The new management is amazing! Personally met yesterday. Sounds like an unemployed disgruntled employee that got fired 😂
Over the time this place was the best and now it is all bad now just the worst and the new managers are losing their customers 😕😔
This review is specifically for the manager, Jasmine. I had an excellent experience on the drive-thru yesterday with her. They made a mistake on my order but she immediately corrected the matter right then and there. I just had to wait approx 7 mins. She even upgraded my pizza size because they were throwing away leftover pizza crusts. I just want to say that Jasmine was friendly and professional. She definitely meets the standard of someone who should be leading a team. She's destined for higher titles for sure at the skill... read more
Absolutely horrible. Pizza looked a week old when I got it home. Hard as a brick and I don't think any sauce was used. It went right in the trash.
