This Pizza Hut location closes their lobby at 8. I don't understand why when their hours show they are clearly open until 11pm. There was a family waiting outside and their lights were completely turned off at 8ish. The family left and when one of the employees opens the door he says, "Yeah were open we just close the lobby early!" This is the worse Pizza Hut in the entire city. I ordered a delivery order that NEVER came, delivery time said 12:24 so at 1245 i started calling, after finally reaching someone they told me the driver came and knocked but no one answered!?! I was sitting in my living room waiting for over an hour!!! I told the guy why didnt the driver even call IF he really came ?! I had already paid online. I placed my order on the mobile website at 11:11am and I didn't receive my order until 12:40pm. The pizza was bearly even warm when we received it. My coworkers and I were expecting it at a certain time for lunch. It was a complete inconvenience
Incompetent staff with multiple mess ups on different visits, horrible
