Ashton was great
Well I'm not quite sure what to say about this Pasadena store most of the time the foods never ready when I get there it is Pizza Hut quality but sometimes you just don't think that you need to wait as long as you do things will never be like it was before the pandemic and that's something I'll deal with You can deal with the wait time I will say that the owner of this store is a very nice young lady and she cares about what she's doing it's the rest of them you got to watch.
usually only one person working there and theyre sick, and a million door dashes. delivery food will be the death of our society, shame on yall for being so lazy. today it was an old lady who apologized for being gone because her "stomach went crazy" she was the only one there
Ordered online. Door dash delivered. Order was late and was missing an item. Delivery driver didn’t check total items.(couldn’t count to six) Call the store, call center answered with no ability to do anything. Drove to the store and spent 15-20 mins waiting for the crew to give me a credit. Refund. Nothing on the spot. Have to wait for them to be able to figure out how to use their system. Full blown joke and waste of time over $9, but hey that’s the world we live in. Generation incompetence.
I have personally had a decent experience at this Pizza Hut; and it's a very unique and cozy location with huge Aura, especially on a rainy day. It saddens and somewhat confuses me that soo many people have had bad experiences lately. If there is something wrong then I hope whoever is in charge fixes it as this is a very cool and seemingly profitable Pizza Hut location.
