Had an issue with an email advertisement had to go above the manger in the store to get results. The owners are great people and willing to listen I hope they empower employees to seek guidance in how to handle customer service matters going forward.

Management had a need to needlessly escalated a false advertisement email. I add to a report to the state rather than honor the cheese sticks. Whoever was on duty this evening should be spoken to about customer service skills and I will be filing a complaint with the state they did not review my email. I was promised in order of free cheese sticks from the store and now I have to move to filing a complaint with the state of Ohio over Pizza Hut false advertising. I placed an order requesting NO CHEESE due to a health-related dietary restriction. Despite that very clear request, I received a pizza covered in cheese. This was not just a minor inconvenience for some people, dietary requests are serious and can create health risks when ignored. What made the experience worse was the response from management.
