We placed an order at 7:20pm. Delivery tracker said 35-45 minutes. Cool. One and a half hours later, no pizza. Called and talked to a nice lady, who explained that the tracker isn't always accurate and that the pizza was out for delivery with only one driver available. Understandable in these times. Another hour goes by. No pizza. We call again and express our discontent, wanting to cancel our order at this point, because it's now 9:30pm and we have hungry children well passe… See more

I placed a phone order (got a call center). Showed up at restaurant and it was CLOSED! Called again, and again…CALLED MORE THAN SIX TIMES, got FIVE DIFFERENT PEOPLE AT SOME FAR AWAY CALL CENTER AND TRANSFERS TO SEVERAL NUMBERS THAT NEVER ANSWERED! I finally got a call center manager who said she couldn’t help me because the Carolina Beach store is a franchise.
