Did not have my order ready in the time they said they’d have it (20 minutes) I got there an hour after and my food was still not ready.

I ordered a pizza online through the app. I paid for it and everything was ok. Then a minute later i got a call from a man who worked there telling me they were out of white sauce for a hour, i said ok well can i pick it up in a hour he said yeah ill postpone the order tell then. I went in to get my food after waiting a hour and another guy brought my order up telling me i owed more then what i purchased and told me i had to pay, when i already paid. Why is the pizza so thin?! Where is the sauce? And how hard is it to deliver pizzas that aren't completely smooshed? Pizza Hut gets worse every year. I think I may stick to freezer pizzas, they're, faster, thicker, taste better and don't cost nearly as much.

Went on Saturday night. They had no pan dough, no medium pizza. No this no that and I had to wait AN HOUR FOR 2 PIZZAZ and it was carry out . This is ridiculous!!!!

We order two pizzas one stuffed crust and a regular one, they took 25 minutes to have our order ready and when we get home and start eating them they're thinner than a tortilla. Never going back to that store again.
