Multiple times have I ordered here and when I got there to pick it up, after waiting the usual 15-20 minutes for them to make it do I have to wait an additional 30 minutes for my food. And this time, the pizza was ready for the ENTIRE 30 minutes we were waiting but the employee was too blind to read the dang receipt. NOT coming back for awhile. Things need to change drastically at this location.
This company has went downhill, I used to work for it. Always was a class act, very consistent. Now it's a joke! I can't believe how cheap it got. Used to have great leadership, really sad to see. Domino's & Pizza Ranch has passed them in every way.
Worst service ever! I have been here numerous times and they were always really good until today. So bad to the point of us never coming back. Go to Pizza Ranch instead. Asked to speak to a manager 10 minutes ago and we're still waiting.
We have always enjoyed Pizza Hut pizza. But lately every time we order, which is usually online for delivery. It's missing something. We pay extra for toppings or dipping sauce. Pay extra for delivery and something is wrong! Last night we ordered black olives and got none. And was also suppose to be getting the free bread breadstick deal. Didn't get them. From now on we'll be ordering Dominos.
You guys always mess up on my order! I love Pizzahut, but this location needs to get their act together.
