Got a pizza to go the other night. Very good. I picked it up and didn’t have it delivered. Whenever I have gotten food here it is always good. Always hot and fresh. I like getting their wings from time to time for something different. The apartments where I live in Baraboo had a movie night and we were to bring a food or snack item to the movie. We ordered 3 large pizzas and 2 double order breadsticks. We were handed 3 boxes when we arrived and I said we should have two more boxes so he went to check on it. I opened the smaller box and the breadsticks were very undercooked and looked really doughy. He came back with a missing pizza and we handed back the undercooked breadsticks and told him and said we were missing the other breadsticks. He asked us to pull around while he got the breadsticks. We had a group of 8 and we got there 730, they close at 9, mind you for my group of 4 it cost $71 There was no ice in the machines, barley any pizzas, ice cream machine out of order, no bacon bits , salad bin empty , cheese empty,sauce of noodle empty, no biscuits and there is much more that was empty and to top it off they had no forks like what and all they could say is they are washing. Worst experience ever and waste of money feel robbed!
They have outsourced their delivery to door dash. Don’t believe their order estimate times. 20-30 minutes will instantly turn to 1 hour as soon as you place your order. I only give two stars instead of one because their food is always fresh and hot. But I’m sure that will change as Pizza Hut corporate continues to slowly destroy their own brand.
