When I first became a customer, I really enjoyed Pizza Guys, as time went by I noticed a change when calling to place an order at West Sacramento location. The employees answering the phones have become not pleasant, Rude, hurrying to get off the phone, acting like customers that call are a problem. No customer service extended to customers. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA GUYS ANYMORE. OWNERS NEED TO TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AT EMPLOYEES ATTITUDES OVER THE PHONE.
