Pizza is great. Best in years
Ive been ordering from Pizza Guys for over 20 years first from the one on Antelope in Citrus Height and more recently (since 2014), College Greens store. Ive always been more than pleased with the quality of the food as well as the service up.until about 2 or 3 week ago. I trird to place an order in person the other night but was told they would be closing soon and it was too late to place an order. It was barely 9:30. When I first became a customer, I really enjoyed Pizza Guys, as time went by I noticed a change when calling to place an order at West Sacramento location. The employees answering the phones have become not pleasant, Rude, hurrying to get off the phone, acting like customers that call are a problem. No customer service extended to customers. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA GUYS ANYMORE. OWNERS NEED TO TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AT EMPLOYEES ATTITUDES OVER THE PHONE.
Firstly, I want to say that despite how often they mess up, between my two room mates and myself, we have still spent a couple thousand at this pizza place over the last 5 to 7 years.
