We love the pizza grille! Fantastic gluten free, dairy free pizzas! Family friendly and delicious!
I love eating at The Pizza Grill. Its wonderful to have a local eatery that caters to gluten and dairy free diets. The pizza is so good, and recently I had a delicious gluten free crab cake. The dining area is roomy, but generally fills up and can become a bit noisy as guests visit. The wall of windows and high ceiling give the space a light and open feel.
We ordered a large pizza ($23) to share with the kids, but the size felt much closer to a medium—the diameter was roughly the length of a standard dinner fork and they have it as a Large. Unfortunately, the flavor was just average and lacked any memorable "wow" factor for the price. On the service side, the staff was attentive to our table, but unfortunately came across as quite unfriendly. Food [pizza] was good. Sat under warmer a bit so wasn't hot. Server said the cursory "be careful these are really hot" but just very warm. It was not busy service was slow. Took about 20 minutes for 2 small pizzas. Staff either on break or off duty sitting at a table watching their cellphone, with personal gear on the table.
