I just want to say the service was awesome. We got there 20 minutes to closing and asked if we could order something to go, and they encouraged us to sit down and didn't give us any stress about leaving on time. The food came out quickly and we did get out before they were done closing up, so the staff definitely deserves some recognition for that. The food was also really good! We tried the supreme pizza and the cheesy garlic breadsticks and both things really satisfied.
This has been my go to pizza place for 5 years but it's increasingly began to suck over the last 6 months or so. Constantly getting orders wrong, ingredients and quality of pizza's changing for the worst. Had another pizza sent out tonight because the original order was completely wrong, the replacement pizza was a bit overcooked and not cut. Almost $50 for one pizza is ridiculous to be anything but perfect, every time. I'll never order here again.
Pizza was old, not fresh. The large chicken Caesar salad was the same size as the Medium we ordered previously and they give you the smallest side of dressing. I ordered extra dressings knowing this is the case, paid for them at $.60 each too, and they didn’t have them in my order. When I went back to ask for the dressings the host/cashier gave attitude to me for asking… Good pizza but overpriced and terrible service. Lost a customer for life.
THIS is why me and my girlfriend are regulars here! Even though I always get to-go, the customer service still shines through and is unbelievabley kind and responsive! The pizzas are always great! And the store presents a very modern & fancy take on pizza places (: Greatest place around :D
