Love the beef roll!!
It's not so uncommon to place an order at a restaurant and have it made incorrectly. This is no crime. Unless you order from the Pizza 4 U in Shorewood. The owner CP made me feel like a liar and a thief as I tried to explain to him that my order was wrong, and that I'd called and explained this to an employee who assured me they would make it right, remember me and remake my item next time I called to place an order. Ordered $67 worth of food on 1/25/25. Only recieved half of my order on delivery. Wheni called then manager on duty basically told me to bad. They were busy and couldn't do anything for me. I called the store manager on Monday 1/27/25. He said he was refunding me. Well, 2 weeks later and I have no refund.
Customer service sucks.
Worst food ever everything was burnt and the owner refused to do anything at all about this. I hope they go out of business…
