Does the PF ask for your phone number because then they can decide how your order is then made? My opinion is it is and they do! There is a big girl there that takes my order and makes it wrong every time. It don't matter that I question them cause well tonight they said "there is nothing they can do, its the best we are going to do." So if you are having problems with the staff there like I am with the big girl (& a few others)! Don't go there.
