This business has permanently closed and Ocean West Catering is currently doing renovations, then moving in. Yes I did have pizza factory pizza, a while back, I did not write a review because the other reviews were very accurate and I would just be repetitive.
Twice now I called when they were open, first time they said they were closed next time they didn't answer, I'm done

Rudest woman in the world. Does not know the meaning of 'customer service'. Rude on the phone. Rude in person. Only gives attitude to her customers. Not just me but I've witnessed it with others in line ahead of me.
Zero Stars , went to place a order for pick up .. Then was told 25 mins . Then they called me back and said come in 35 mins . Ok ... I gave them a bit extra and arrived to get my order 45 mins later and the door was locked and no one was there ... Wth .. Note on the door saying" taking orders call number " ... Then a car pulls up and the lady unlocks the door and goes in .. So I casually follow in and she says "pick up ?" I say yes ... She says " 10 more minutes " .... I'm like wow ..
