Have loved their pizza since early 80’s in Mariposa. A relief to have one close offers the same tasty pizza. Are many other Pizza Factory’s that did/do not . Chowhilla, Lockeford, the one on way from Gilroy home on Pacheco Pass.
If I can give zero star for this restaurant, I would. We ordered a pizza to go, but decided to eat there, the rude pizza making woman stop by our table and said “We made pizza in a to go box not for you to eat here”! If you want a terrible service like this, feel free to stop by to enjoy the terrible pizza too! I saw a few complaints against the same woman, I don’t know why they still keep her around...
For an old fashioned pizza parlor, this is perfect. Crust is HAND TOSSED, the food is great and the staff is friendly.
They have a nice selection of food besides pizza, service is good. The restaurant is clean and well lite. My favorite feature is their drive-thru window!
I've ordered spaghetti several times from here and it has been great every time... recommend
I get that it's a restaurant & there are customers eating there. But, it is very annoying when I have to repeat my order over & over more than 4 times. Then I get hung up on because they can't hear me over the customers. That is very ridiculous & unprofessional! They should, like many other restaurants, have another phone line located in a quiter location, like the office. When I made that suggestion to them, I was met with extreme in difference. I was made to feel like it was my problem & not there's.
The pizza is always incredible, but we love the personalized friendly touch we get each time we visit the Phelan Pizza Factory... the owners are heavily involved in the community, which makes the whole experience that "home town feel". 10-stars out of 5 :)
Best pizza around! Love that they toss the dough, it makes it nice and chewy but soft! Great sauce too. We eat here almost every Tuesday for $10 Tuesday ($10.99 for a large 1 topping on tuesdays). Employees are so nice and funny! Makes for a great time!
Owner brother was very unprofessional, used found language when he walked in . The hole staff was very unfriendly. It's unfortunate this is the only family restaurant in the city.
