Calls 5 times and they left me on hold for up to 10 minutes.
Our company purchased a total of 6 pizzas today to go through take back to our job site spending over $200 for everything and it was well worth it! The service was excellent, they prepared everything that I requested and the best part was the pizza! Everyone loved it especially all of the different pizzas that I ordered. Just want to say that Mendota Pizza Factory sucks. They don’t get order right and they complain about reimbursement. My boyfriend is allergic to a certain condiment and we specifically ordered it without it and even the receipt said no said condiment but the sandwich had it. They were rude and said well why don’t you carry an epi pen if you are allergic. That is not the point. Very rude. Never again @Mendota Pizza Factory.
I recently went to Mendota to visit a friend. We decided to have lunch at The Pizza Factory. Best decision I could have made. I hadn't been there in 20 years and from the first bite to the last, the memories came flooding back. The manager Luis was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be going back next time I ride through town!
