Love the factory and the manager is awesome!
Service was HORRIBLE. My mom and I came in for dinner at 5:40pm, on a Thursday night. There were 2 customers in front of us. We did not get our food until 7:04pm. SEVERAL CUSTOMERS came ordered and went. We were not told about our food. We had to get up and ask after AN HOUR WAITING. We were then told that the calzone we ordered was made incorrectly.
